Name of the Department: Biotechnology (UG)

Establishment: 25th June 2004

The department of biotechnology of S.T.Co.Op Education Society’s Ltd, Science senior college, Shahada started during the academic year 2004-2005. Affiliated to N.M.U. Jalgaon.Biotechnology is the interdisciplinary subject to popularize the discipline of biotechnology in rural and tribal area and to produce biotechnologist able to apply basic science principal to solve problems using biotechnology and boost the country economy. Biotechnology department secure gold medal in academic year 2010-2011 (Pandya Kirti Narayan).
